A lot of folks tend to have a general understanding of what they want to address in therapy, and if they could “fix” their problems on their own, they would. However, sometimes we need someone who sees and understands us to guide us through the process. I specialize in supporting people navigating anxiety and complex trauma through “parts” work, and empowering you release what no longer serves you.

Individual Counseling
Currently providing therapy to adults living in Oregon.
Cash Pay Rate
My standard rate is $150 per 50 minute session. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients experiencing financial hardship. These are filled on a first-come, needs based basis. Please inquire during our consult if cost is a concern.
Insurance
I am currently in network with Aetna and Providence. I am also able to provide you with a “superbill” to submit to insurance for out of network coverage. Please contact your insurance company with questions about out of network coverage eligibility.
